Patient Assistance Program

Amylin is committed to assisting patients with diabetes access coverage for its products. In support of this commitment, the Amylin Reimbursement Hotline was established to provide assistance to low income patients who do not have or do not qualify for public or private insurance coverage for prescription drugs. To be eligible for the program, patients must meet residency, income, diagnosis, and prescription drug insurance criteria. Additional information and resources can be found at
